3. Conference Registration and Payment

  • Registration: To attend, you must complete the registration process and pay the associated fees.
  • Payments: All payments are due upon registration unless stated otherwise.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, detailed in Section 4.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made by August 1, 2025, are eligible for a partial refund, depending on the case and the cancellation reason.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after  August 1, 2025.
  • Substitutions may be allowed upon written request but are subject to approval by the organizing and scientific committees.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.
  • Disruption of conference sessions or activities.
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove individuals violating this code without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, presentations, and content shared during the conference are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Record or distribute sessions without explicit permission.
  • Use materials for commercial purposes without prior approval.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any technical issues or delays beyond our control.
  • Personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the conference.
  • Decisions based on information presented at the event.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your registration.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance or cancellation caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, personal health issues, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, or format. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
